The Opportunity

SAP Concur systems analyst responsible for delivery and project management of global system implementations and improvement projects within the Finance Function

This role reports into the GFSS Lead who is responsible for the application globally.

You will manage end to end implementation of SAP Concur globally, including Travel, Expense and Invoice modules. Complete implementations within a defined timeframe while consistently delivering best practice configuration and client satisfaction.

Provide internal consultancy on the Concur solution and Purchase to Pay (P2P) processes to advise on technical configuration changes and system enhancements. Lead on design, change and test phases of projects for Concur, ensuring high quality configuration and setup, that delivers system/process updates without issue or impact to users and processes.

Provide leadership as a Project Manager on implementations, with direct responsibility and accountability for the delivery from inception through to the successful operational running of the agreed deliverables.

The role requires a flexible approach to reflect rapidly changing business needs whilst applying robust project management practices and methodology to ensure successful completion as measured by time, cost, quality and customer satisfaction.

Key to success will be the effective management of senior stakeholders through timely and relevant communications while providing strong leadership and direction to cross–functional delivery teams whilst ensuring that a project achieves key milestones and deadline to the quality required and on budget. For PM activities you will work as part of the Global Finance Team delivering multiple projects across different regions/time zones.

The role will also involve delivering multiple process improvement projects across different regions as part of the Global Finance Transformation Programme to standardise and improve global P2P processes.
