Job description

A group of financial companies that have merged together are now actively seeking to recruit an experienced 'Executive Assistant' to work on a FTC (fixed term contract) remote role for 3 months

Duties include:

• Diary Management for the CEO
• Organising meetings
• Planning CEO's travel & accomodation
• Takin minutes where required

Events duties include:

• Organising corporate events in the calendar, which involves conferences, talks, live events.
• These  ould be from a small pull to large conferences working with the client services team to organise, lunches, attendees, hotels
• Sorting merchandise for the events
