Job description
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join one of Manchester's market leaders in their Stockport office. As an experienced Property Manager you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties in an efficient and timely manner, whilst managing your clients expectations and offering exceptional customer service.
The successful Property Manager will be a confident and experienced Property Manager with strong knowledge on current legislation and legal processes. You will be responsible for fully understanding your clients needs and providing a tailor-made service.

Property Manager– Duties
- Full management of your property portfolio- treating is as if it was your own business offering a bespoke service to your clients
- Responsible for all maintenance, renewals, deposits, legal matters, re-lets, portfolio income and portfolio growth, whilst ensuring all SLAs are met.
- Organising check outs and inventories
- Organising contractors, gaining quotations, issuing works orders and obtaining invoices
- Ensuring property compliance such as EICR’s, gas safety and EPC certifications
- Dealing with deposit disputes.
- Organising tenancy paperwork.
- Serving section notices and dealing with full process
- Ensure rental reviews and tenancy renewals
Property Manager – Experience Needed
- Previous Property management experience, ideally managing an extensive portfolio
- Up to date knowledge of current lettings legislation
- ARLA qualified or have a keen interest to complete (Qualification can be provided)
