A brilliantly creative and hugely ambitious, central Birmingham based marketing consultancy is looking for an exceptionally talented Strategist to join its expanding team.

To support their ongoing growth they are now looking to recruit an experienced Strategist to lead and develop strategic direction for brand and marketing programs.

As a Strategist within this super talented agency team you’ll be:  

• Working in partnership with clients to create transformational brand and marketing strategy.
• Partnering with a range of brands from ambitious start-ups to global household brands, helping to define brand new brand concepts as well as repositioning those needing a full refresh.
• Working with your senior team to help your clients to recognise and understand their challenges, guiding and supporting them through a process that sees real transformation of their business.
• Working on the detail – identifying competitors, analysing challenges, interviewing and understanding senior stakeholders and engaging with experts to allow you to create strategy that transforms business.

This agency is looking for a candidate who:

• Is experienced in brand strategy or marketing consultancy.
• Has exceptional client management skills, and the ability to negotiate and reassure through a change management process.
• Has the abilty to lead workshops and interviews, getting into the detail and transforming findings into a compelling narrative.
