Lifeways Group is the largest supplier of support services in Britain and we are looking for new talented Support Workers/Carers for both full and part time vacancies in the Worcester area.
We don’t require experience as full training is provided but we are looking for caring and responsible individuals who demonstrate the raw talent that makes a difference to the lives of the people we support.
You will work in our supported living services supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and autistic spectrum disorders, complex needs, mental health issues and challenging behaviours in all aspects of their daily lives.

Working hours are on a shift pattern rota basis including some weekend working and some roles may include sleep-ins (sleep-ins are paid as a separate payment per sleep in) or waking nights.
