Job description
▪ Oversee asset delivery activities end-to-end, ensuring that project teams deploy required resources, adhere to design and execution plans, and deliver against all predefined key milestones in line with technical specifications, project schedules, and QHSSE standards
▪ Develop and continuously review the site logistics & interface plans to ensure that the movement of people, materials, and equipment is compliant with all HSE requirements and control site facilities management
▪ Monitor the progress of assets construction and monitor performance against budgeted costs, quality, timelines, and standards of contractors and consultants to ensure all efforts are aligned with project specifications and approved parameters are met
▪ Identify and review the impact of assets construction-related risks presented by the contractors and consultants due to the quality of raw materials, untimely sourcing, delivery and cost of items procured, etc., to ensure proper risk avoidance, risk mitigation, or risk-sharing, as required.
▪ Work closely with PMCs and contractors assigned to assets delivery in order to provide timely progress reports, professional advice, and recommendations and highlight areas of concern, and resolve problems.
▪ Coordinate with the Procurement team to discuss the pre-qualification process and assets delivery consultants/contractor's evaluation in order to ensure that the most competent bidders are identified in line with evaluation criteria
