Working in partnership with Brentford FC the Trust offers a portfolio of programmes in education health sports participation and community engagement. The Trust has won the Football League Community Club of the Year award four times and now employs more than 125 members of staff.

Safeguarding Statement
Brentford FCCST is committed to equality the safeguarding and welfare of all children and adults at risk. This responsibility is shared by all staff and volunteers at the trust safeguarding is everyones responsibility. Staff will be required to undertake regular safeguarding training to enable and reinforce a proactive approach to safeguarding. This role requires the post holder to apply all relevant policies and uphold the trusts commitment to safeguarding vulnerable people to ensure a safe environment for all. This includes the timely reporting of any safeguarding concern to the safeguarding team.
General Trust Accountabilities
Main Purpose of Role:
This role has been developed through funding from The Premier League and PFA fund with the specific aim of creating positive sustainable social outcomes through running community projects in accessible inspiring environments. We are looking for a creative imaginative and energetic individual who can lead a team of people develop partnerships and programmes and deliver impactful events across our Hub sites.
The expansion of our Trust has included establishing a new stadium hub adjacent to the Gtech Stadium. We are now in the process of creating a new park hub complete with meeting and social space operating as a new community caf.
This new role combines creativity with operational responsibility as we aim to maximise the social outcomes from these new community spaces building a sustainable financial base for further development. Initially you will have the objective of building up activity at the stadium hub whilst working as part of a team to create the new park hub. Once the park hub known as the Clubhouse Concept is running you will be responsible for its effective operation.
We will be working with our partners The University of West London (UWL) to create engaging events and provide exciting work and project experience opportunities. We also will be working with the Charity Change Please to install a west London training academy for homeless people or people on the edge of homelessness creating employment opportunities in the caf.
The new space is within the Gunnersbury Park Sports Hub Popes Lane W3. It is a bright perfectly positioned space that includes an outdoor area. We aim to fully utilise the space operating a vibrant Clubhouse comprising of a caf and an inspiring space for learning training and entertaining.
Our Hubs will provide an accessible and inclusive community space and we expect to support and engage with diverse service users. This will include children and adults at risk therefore safeguarding and keeping our sites safe is a key responsibility for this role. These groups may include:

Responsibilities
Manage the delivery of funding KPIs set out on the Premier League PFA Community Fund funding agreement. This will relate to development milestones and social outcomes from targeted projects.

Annual salary will be 40000 to 44000 per annum plus benefits depending on experience.
