Real Estate Solicitor
NQ - 3 PQE

This firm is a well-known, large regional firm who have a fantastic reputation for offering high quality legal advice across a number of sectors. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a real estate solicitor to join the specialist land and development team.
The team act for a number of private housebuilders, Landowners, Land Promoters on a variety of high value housebuilding projects. These range from bespoke two-five home sites to 1000 plus unit strategic land projects. These are not only projects local to Chippenham, these are also further afield.
In this role you would be responsible for dealing with land and development transactions from start to finish. You would be involved in the 360 time line of the matter from taking instructions, walking the site, advising the client all the way to completion. You would also handle affordable housing disposals, general site set up, infrastructure agreements as well as assisting and supervising a team of plot sales conveyancers on technical matters. Some other examples of matters include handling option agreements, strategic land assembly, conditional sale agreements, unconditional sales and purchases and more.
This is a truly diverse role which offers not only a high quality, interesting case load but the support of a wonderful team. There is no micromanagement culture here, you would be given autonomy to manage your maters with suitable support and guidance.
This is an exciting time for the team as they are now generating 250+ plot sales per year and there is no sign of this slowing down.
The ideal solicitor will be NQ-3 PQE with house building experience.
