From £45,500 (dependant on experience and location) + Excellent Benefits

The Third-Party Risk Manager role sits within the recently formed Procurement Centre of Excellence team. Bringing together end to end risk activity across Procurement. Third-Party risk management at Bupa focuses on identifying and reducing risks relating to the use of third parties (suppliers).The Third-Party Risk Manager will manage and support the monitoring and management of third-party risk on behalf of the business and driving compliance with the Procurement policies, standards, and processes.

You'll help us make health happen through:

• Lead the development of Procurement's risk management strategy and internal controls framework within a third party risk management setting.
• Ensuring compliance with the Procurement Policy and the Suppliers Outsourcing Policy in relation to Third Party Risk Management
• Understand and the requirements and respond to changes required of a firm regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, Prudential Regulation Authority and Central Bank of Ireland.
• Understand wider regulatory requirements e.g. from the CQC, ICO or HSE
• Own the Third Party Risk Management controls for the Procurement function and relating to third party risk landscape acting as a single point of expertise

Key Skills needed for this role:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• A proven Third-Party Risk Management background, with experience in working with supplier assurance and risk management frameworks.
• Demonstrate comprehension of the requirements set out in the FCA (SYSC 8/13) and PRA handbook.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes and the tools and techniques used to improve them.
• A background in Procurement is desirable.
