Job description

Our client is looking for a talented individual for a newly created HR Advisor position.


In this role, you will be providing professional HR advisory services through the provision of generalist HR advice, support and guidance to managers and staff.


The ideal candidate will come with a working understanding of HR disciplines, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build good relationships with key stakeholders. You will also be passionate about helping people, be calm under pressure and able to prioritise your work effectively.


To be considered for this role, you must have the following attributes:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a generalist HR role
• Proven knowledge and experience of operational human resources including employee relations and performance management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A collaborative team player with a pro-active approach
