Experienced Behaviour Mentor - about the role
Qualiteach are looking for a strong Experienced Behaviour Mentor who is able to hit the ground running.
We are looking for someone who can build strong rapport with students and teachers and is able to be an excellent role model to the group of students you will be mentoring.
The pupils will be in KS2 and you will be required to flexible in order to mentor them on a 1-1 and group basis.
Having strong sports knowledge and being able to connect with them through sports would be beneficial but all in all being able to have strong behaviour management skills, being an organised and eager to learn is the key to becoming the successful Behaviour mentor.

The school that Qualiteach are in partnership with are a local primary school situated in the Borough of Enfield.
The school has recently been reviewed as 'Good' by Ofsted and have continued plans for improvement.
Your working hours will be 8-4 and you must be flexible in putting in additional hours when required. The school staff are welcoming and friendly, and all share the responsibility of managing the behaviour across the school.
