Blue Arrow are please to confirm that we have 3 x Production Operative roles available for our client based in Swadlincote, available to start immediately for sucessful applicants.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Production team of a well established manaufacturing business within the town.
Hours: 07:00 - 15:30 Monday to Thursday, 07:00 - 12:30 Friday.
Rate of Pay: Starting from £11.61 p/h with potential to increase as you progress.
The role is located a 5-minute walk from the center so is easily accessible.
Temporary to permanent roles available after successful qualifying period with opportunities for progression along the way. You will be working as part of an established team and in an excellent clean modern working environment.
Successful Applicants: * Physical strength, fitness and dexterity.
* Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
* Honesty and trustworthiness
* The ability to work effectively under limited supervision
*Mechanical experience advantageous but not essential
* Problem solving skills essential
* Ability to work to strict deadlines
* Good team player - working in pairs
* Ability to read engineering drawings
* Ability to work to set instructions and processes
* Understand of working with hand tools
Daily tasks include: * Reading drawings
* Problem Solving
* Reporting Faults
* Following workplace health and safety rules when handling goods
* Ensuring efficient operations by adhering to operational procedures, rules and schedules
* Treating merchandise with care and concern at all times
