Residential Property Manager
North London
£42,000-£48,000
A rapidly expanding property management company based in North London are recruiting for an experienced Property Manager to join their expanding team.
Candidates applying should have previous experience in residential property management and have a full, clean drivers license as this position will be travelling to various sites 2 days a week.
Property Manager duties:
• Managing a residential property portfolio of roughly 240 properties
• Liaising with Landlords & tenants daily
• Working with maintenance teams for all refurbishments needs
• Processing Tenancy renewals and check outs
• Arranging contractors to carry out maintenance work
• Dealing with deposit registration, release and disputes
• Carrying out quarterly property inspections and arranging inventories & check-outs
• Chasing rent arrears
• Updating property database using bespoke software
Candidates applying must hold a full, clean drivers license, own a car and have previous experience in property management.
