Job description
HR Business Partner This is a great opportunity to join an established and growing organisation and work as part of the business partnering team to achieve operational requirements and business strategy.
In this role you will support with and provide a customer focused HR service, guiding on all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities will include:
- effectively delivering plans and interventions.
- contributing to the development, maintenance of the people strategy.
- ensuring employee relation issues are managed effectively and managing risks appropriately.
- building employee engagement and an effective organisational culture.
- coaching and supporting line managers with grievances, disciplinary and restructurings.
- providing and updating weekly KPI information.
- reviewing and updating internal HR policies and communicating to the wider business.
- supporting new and on-going HR Projects.
To be successful in this role you will be experienced in developing strategies and planning, with strong influencing skills and relationship management at all levels internally and externally.
Experience within a manufacturing organisation, ideally multinational, would be preferable but not essential.
