Job description

Lovely family in Harpenden are looking for a fun and engaging nanny to help care for their three girls aged 7, 9 and 11 years. The role involves typical nanny responsibilities such as helping with the girl’s laundry, cooking their evening meal and light cleaning up after the girls (although the girls enjoy helping with this).
Hours during term time are ideally: Monday 7.30am-6.30pm (these can be reduced if needed) and Tuesday-Thursday 3.00-6.30pm
Hours during school holidays are ideally: Monday 7.30am-7.30pm (these can be reduced if needed) and Tuesday-Thursday 8.30-6.00pm
In term time, the girls have activities after school that they need to be taken to and from so a clean drivers licence is essential. The family provide insurance and access to the family car so a vehicle is not required. During the school holidays, the girls enjoy spending time together. They love to go out for walks, do craft activities, help with cooking, etc. They’re always open to ideas of fun things to do.
The role is sole charge but both parents alternate work from home days so are often about when the girls come home from school and/or their activities.
The rate is £16.50 per hour. To start asap.
