Job description
Successful candidate specifications:
BEng/ MEng Civil/ Structural Engineering Qualification
Minimum 10 years' industry specific work experience
Demonstratable experience in foundation, highways, drainage and infrastructure design along with ability to conduct flood risk & infrastructure assessments
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver multiple projects
Experience in working to deadlines and within budgets on large scale projects
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills with colleagues, clients and other design team members
Be responsible for directing Engineers and CAD Technicians to produce the appropriate level of design information required
Proficient in the use of Civils 3D, AutoCAD and Causeway Flow
A full UK driving licence and access to their own transport

Job Responsibilities:Deliver the company product to meet client expectations,
Produce relevant calculations and drawings packages for foundations, drainage & sewage and highway designs
Lead and assist in the management / overseeing of an entire project
Work to deadlines and within budget requirements to maintain satisfaction of clients
Research and carry out site investigations into finding technical solutions to clients’ problems
Manage, mentor and provide guidance to younger Graduates & Technicians
Maintain an optimistic attitude whilst upholding company’s values of Presentation, Team and Optimism
