Business First is now receiving applications for the position of Business centre manager within their state-of-the-art facility in Speke, Liverpool.

The position involves front-facing sales and customer service for a premium supplier of commercial properties in the North West. The ideal candidate should have a friendly, enthusiastic and professional demeanour, with experience in sales and customer service.

The role of the centre manager is to provide a high standard of customer service towards our existing tenants and to be able to build a great rapport with clients that may need office space. It is vital that the candidate loves working with people but can also focus on individual tasks.

The chosen candidate will report to the Senior Centre Manager on site and the Director.

Requirements:
Driving licence and own means of transport
Customer service experience: 1 year
Sales experience: 1 year
Excellent grammar and numeracy skills
Ability to learn new skills

Commercial property awareness and good business acumen are preferable but not essential for the role.

Working hours:
Monday - Thursday: 8.30 am - 5 pm.
Friday - 8.30 am - 4 pm.
