Job description

As a plasterer, your job will involve plastering surfaces both inside and outside; the objective is to provide a polished, smooth appearance. Using a variety of tools and supplies, this job involves prepping and finishing walls, ceilings, and other structures. Accuracy, a keen sense of detail, and a solid understanding of construction and building concepts are necessary for success in this role.

Tasks required by this job includes:
• Excellent portfolio showcasing finished jobs and demonstrated plastering skills.
• The ability to mix plaster properly and achieve the right consistency.
• The ability to use an automatic spray or hand tools to apply and smooth plaster.
• The capacity to mix and apply decorative plaster with skill.
• Proficiency with plasterboard measurements, cuts, installations, and repairs.
• Expertise in joint sealing methods for a seamless, flawless finish.
• Familiarity with checking and maintaining surface levels with a line, spirit level, and straight edge.
• Physical endurance and agility to meet the demands of the work.
