Job description
We are looking for a Senior Healthcare Assistant in the Oxfordshire area. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a passion for helping others and a strong understanding of healthcare regulations.
Salary: 12.67 NIGHTSHIFT 8 pm till 8 am 3 on/3 off.
Job overview for Senior Care Assistant:
Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing dressing and eating.
Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
Monitor vital signs and document changes in patients condition.
Administer medications as prescribed by a physician.
Maintain resident records and reports.
Assisting junior staff with any queries that they may have

Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
12 months experience as senior or team leader
