Job description
Salary: Up to £27,000 per annum (dependent upon experience)
Contract/Hours: Permanent Full time (37 hours) and Fixed Term full Time (37 hours) roles available. Part time applicants will be considered.
Location: Newcastle
Interviews will be held week commencing the 11th Of March 2024.

About the Role:
Family Practitioners - Family Engagement
Family Practitioners will work closely with families and engage them in Family Engagement Programmes, drop-ins, or community activities that they will deliver or will be delivered in conjunction with a range of partner agencies. This will include groups around parenting skills, improving health and wellbeing, issue based groupwork with young people and supporting pathways to employment.
The service also provides a range of holiday activities for children and families with Family practitioner actively supporting this. You will develop groupwork and engagement activities in response to local needs across North inner and outer west localities (locations will be discussed at interview stage).
