Job Title: Group Food & Beverage Manager



Location: Rhyl, UK (with travel to various holiday park sites)



Salary: £50k per annum


A leading holiday park company with a portfolio of stunning locations across Wales is looking for a dynamic and experienced Group Food & Beverage Manager to join the team and oversee the F&B operations across all the sites.



Role Overview:


As the Group Food & Beverage Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the dining experiences across the holiday parks. You will be based in Rhyl but expected to travel regularly to different sites, leading and supporting the F&B managers to deliver outstanding service.



Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the Food & Beverage operations across all holiday park sites.
• Develop and implement F&B strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
• Recruit, train, and mentor F&B managers to ensure high standards of service.
• Collaborate with other departments to create seamless guest experiences.
• Monitor and analyse F&B performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with vendors and negotiate contracts to optimise costs.
• Drive innovation in menu development and F&B offerings.
