In the role of Commercial Administrator, you'll find yourself immersed in the world of purchase ledger invoices, matching goods received notes, and processing utility bills, all while ensuring that they're done accurately and in a timely manner. You'll be pivotal in assisting Regional offices with resolving unapproved invoices and playing an integral part in departmental tasks such as wages, vendor registrations, and more. Your internal communication skills will be invaluable, liaising between different Regional offices, and your external communication talents will shine as you engage with clients and address their needs.
