Job description
We are looking to recruit a highly skilled investigator with a passion for improving the safety of patients using pharmacy services and maintaining public confidence in pharmacy.

Salary: £31,613 - £ 36,698 per annum, depending on skills and experience, plus benefits
Location: Canary Wharf, London (Hybrid working approach, approximately two days per month in the office)
Hours: 35 hours per week, from 9.00 to 5.00, Monday to Friday, Part-time and flexible working will be considered
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive contribution to a dynamic, forward-thinking and successful team.
As a Case Officer you will be at the front-line of the regulatory work we undertake. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for running your own case load, which willrequire you to identify regulatory concerns, plan and conduct a proportionate investigation, assess the risk posed to patients and the public , make recommendations as to the future progress of the case and work closely and collaboratively with colleagues across the inspection team, in-house advocates, and external legal and regulatory agencies.
This role is subject to a basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS)check as part of our pre-employment due diligence.
