FM Commercial Manager / Facilities QS
£55,000-£60,000 car/allowance + benefits.
Hybrid. Northern contract
We are searching for a qualified QS for this Facilities Management contract based in the North of England. This role is fully remote, with some travel to the North. Ideally you will be a qualified Quantity Surveyor specifically with exposure to FM / Facilities Management or Estate Management contracts. You will have dirct responsibility for the financial, compliance and performance for the contract.
This is a well established business who provide exceptional Maintenance and Facilities services across the UK, they offer clear progression within a professional working environment.
Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week
Ideally you will be degree qualified in a relevant discipline (e.g. RICS).
