If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a motivated Graduate Service Desk Analyst to join our bustling team in Milton Keynes.

As a Graduate Service Desk Analyst, you will engage in responding to customer incidents and problems, collaborating closely with team members to address and resolve issues efficiently. Additionally, you will actively engage with users to grasp their needs, expectations, and challenges, providing support through the resolution of service requests. Furthermore, you will contribute to the creation of service reports and conduct analysis to pinpoint areas for continuous enhancement. Leveraging SQL, you will delve into customer data to aid in incident resolution, ensuring effective support and problem-solving mechanisms are in place.

• Have strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Collaborate well within a team and are motivated to learn new technologies and understand existing software platforms, so that you can help shape them in the future

• Have strong communication skills and are comfortable engaging with a wide range of stakeholders
