This role requires you to relocate to Norfolk, Virginia, USA .
At present, one of our International Customers at RED is in the search of an Instructional Designer for an onsite 4 years project in Virginia, USA. Here are some details:
Project Details:-
Essential Qualifications/Experience:
• MS/MA Degree in Education and Training Development or related programs (completed or in progress) which may include learning theory, educational psychology, instructional design, and education evaluation
• Demonstrate (example screen shots or story board pages (max 4 per course)) from three courses that have been developed by the instructional systems designer
• 3+ years’ experience (within last 7 years) working with Advance Distributed Learning (e-Learning) development
• 3+ years’ experience in the education and training profession working in the creation of training modules
• Experience communicating effectively with customers and clearly presenting instructional system design approaches to course development
• Experience in the use of Learning Management System Software
• Experience working with SCORM standard and the demonstrated ability to design to its structure
