Data Administrator
This is an office-based, full-time and permanent role
The office is based in NW10 with Neasden and Hollis Hill stations within walking distance
Working hours: 8am to 5pm (including 1 hour lunch break)
Starting salary: £25,000 to £35,000 depending on experience
Main Responsibilities:
- Weekly Sales reporting across the business & monitoring departmental performance against targets allocated.
- Preparation of monthly WIPs for all contracts to provide departmental guidance on the targets for the following month.
- Monitoring Invoicing volume as & when required to keep a check on the backlog not processed across the whole business.
- Establishing monthly Profit & Loss statements for each individual contract and the wider business.
- Creation of monthly productivity reports for operatives. Used as a performance indicator to make professional development decisions.
- Creation of year-end & monthly working capital for each department.
- Monthly KPIs reporting for ongoing customers.
- Being first point of contact during/after a contract has come to an end with regards to indexation and/or underpayment calculations.
- Analyse Revenue, Gross Margin & Profitability factors.
- Prepare scorecards at the end of each month which compiles monthly performance of each department.
- Prepare yearly Budgets & Forecasts based on tender agreements.
- Liaise with external Accountants in order to align figures of Operational P&L with Reporting P&L.
- Checking Integrity of data.
- Able to have dynamic approach towards the tasks allocated.
- Weekly & Daily reports as per business requirements.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the Manager.
