We Care About You
Full-time or part-time work available. Required to work every other weekend. If you have experience working as a HEALTHCARE ASSISTANT, NURSE, SUPPORT WORKER or CLEANER you will have excellent transferable skills. You MUST have a DRIVING LICENCE and access to a CAR to work for us.

Roles and Responsibilities as a Care Assistant
We’ll ensure you have all the right training and development because we care for our Care Experts. After all, they care for our customers so it’s important that you feel equipped for the role.
What does care assistant training involve?
“We spend a lot of time and care putting together our care assistant training program to ensure they feel confident and competent in their role," explains Rebecca, our Director and Registered Manager.

It isn’t about previous experience. We want to ensure our customer receives the very best care and to do that we need people who are naturally compassionate, caring and patient. We want a team that genuinely cares for each of our customers as if it were their own family.
