Are you experienced at delivering Full-Cycle Commercial Regeneration projects within the Public Sector?

Ready to throw yourself into a new Town-Centre Regeneration opportunity in the East Midlands and make a difference?

Well, I am working with a Local Authority in the East Midlands who are currently looking for an Interim Regeneration Project Manager. This Authority received £15 million funding for Major Regeneration schemes including a whole new Town Centre!

What will you be doing in this role?

• Lead and manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial land assembly to project delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, urban planners, engineers, and other professionals.
• Oversee procurement processes, contracts, and vendor relationships to ensure compliance.
• Prepare and present regular reports to project stakeholders, including progress updates and financial analysis.

Although it is a 6 month initial contract, due to the longevity of the programme, extensions could be possible for over 2 years!

Previous Town-Centre Regeneration experience for is required for this role, preferably within a Local Authority setting.
