Early Years Special Needs Teaching Assistant
Monday 4th March
Pay - minimum £80 per day
Full-time role
Primary School-based Brent
I have a great NEW opportunity which has become available in a Primary school located in Brent, for March start. This opportunity would be suitable for someone who has a passion for working in a primary school with SEN Early Years children on a 1:1 basis. We are especially fond of TAs who have experience with SEN conditions, as they would be in a better position to understand the children's wants and needs.
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Childcare qualification (desirable, however, not essential)
- Previous experience working in a UK school.
- Up-to-date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential)
- Understanding or experience with or around SEN conditions. not limited to (ADHD, ADD, ASD, EBD, SLCN, SLD)
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child-barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.
- Provide two professional children-related references.
