Job Purpose
This role is key to the success of the Reward team to enable them to support the incentivisation of our 12,000 colleagues across the Group as well as the attraction of new talent where required.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide support to deliver key cyclical activity including our pay review processes, bonus plans, share awards, benefit election and renewal.
- Be responsible for the accurate calculation and payment of incentive and bonus arrangements both on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Work with Payroll and the broader People team to ensure that outcomes of cyclical activities are accurately processed and clearly communicated.
- Complete the Job leveling and benchmarking of roles up to leadership level and take responsibility for the submission of market surveys across the Group, making recommendations where required.
- Support the team on the resolution of complex queries from colleagues.
- Provision of data and insight to support governance activities, including Gender Pay Gap, Directors’ Remuneration Report, HMRC, The Pensions Regulator as well as any internal and external audit requirements.
- Provide day to day analytical support to the team on projects, queries or any other matters that may arise.
Key Skills, Functional Experience & Qualifications
- Relevant reward experience in a fast paced, complex, changeable environment.
- Knowledge of benchmarking methodology and can explain the process and consequent outcomes to managers.
- Numerical and able to break down complex data into understandable insight.
- Stakeholder management skills to work with business partners to help deliver cross-business reward processes.
