Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing company in their search for a Quality Engineerto work in their leading facility in Shrewsbury.

For the successful Quality Engineers our client is offering;

1. Hourly rate paying up to £17.25 per hour - Depending on experience
2. 7.00am -16.00pm Monday to Thursday, 12.00pm finish Friday
3. Temporary to Permanent position
4. Early finish on Fridays
5. Company pension scheme when permanent
6. Free parking
7. Immediate interview / Start for the suitable candidate

The Role of the Quality Engineers;

1. Provide technical direction on Quality engineering to the Production team.
2. Help to manage any customer quality issues.
3. Maintain and update Control Plans & Preparation of Customer PPAP's
4. 1st & Last Off inspection
5. Identifying root cause or customer QA issues and implement corrective actions using 8D Processes
6. Raise 8D's and use RCA for any non-conformances.
7. Provide ongoing support to IATF16949 Quality Management System.
8. Help to reduce scrap and drive continuous improvement on site
9. Conduct Internal Audits 

What our client is looking for in a Quality Engineers;

1. Previous experience within a similar role - ESSENTIAL
2. Experience within a Automotive environment is highly advantageous
3. Must have experience working to ISO9001 and IATF16949
