Sanctuary Personnel is pleased to present an exciting opportunity for a Ward Staff Nurse to join an experienced Surgical Ward Team in Worcester. This position offers the chance to support patients recovering from a diverse range of surgical procedures. With favorable nurse to patient ratios, you'll have ample time to provide quality care.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assessing the health and well-being of patients across a diverse caseload.
• Participating in care delivery tailored to meet individual patient needs.
• Promoting best practices and contributing to quality improvements.
• Organising and interpreting data for informed decision-making.

Who We're Looking For:

• Qualified nurse with at least 2-5 years of experience (desirable).
• NMC registered with no restrictions or conditions.
• Demonstrates compassion and outstanding patient care and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
