Position: Learning Mentor
We are looking for an experienced professional to work collaboratively with teachers and the SENCO team, providing targeted support to students facing challenges in behavior and social-emotional development.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement effective strategies to support students with social and emotional needs.
Work alongside teachers and the SENCO team to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Provide one-on-one support to students with challenging behavior, fostering their personal and academic growth.
Requirements:
Proven experience working with children with social and emotional needs and challenging behavior.
Ability to implement effective strategies to address and improve challenging behavior.
Collaborative mindset to work closely with teachers and the SENCO team.

Type: Full-time role
Pay: Starting at £90 per day
