About Our Client

The client is a Public Sector and Government organisation based in Worcester.

Job Description

The key responsibilities of the Retail Manager are:* Manage and optimize the e-commerce platform to maximize sales and revenue.

* Maintain and optimize products across all online stores, apps, and channels to enhance performance and retail promotion strategies.

* Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase sales.

* Collaborate with key partners and suppliers to expand product offerings and promotions.

* Stay updated on e-commerce regulations, best practices, and policies.

* Lead e-commerce initiatives, utilizing digital marketing tools such as email marketing, SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.

* Contribute to photography shoots and marketing content to boost product imagery and descriptions.

* Maintain and optimize site maps, product categories, and listings.

* Create product packages to maximize total order value.

* Serve as a point of contact for relevant agencies regarding site performance and project development.

* Provide analysis and insight on product portfolio and competitor analysis.

* Manage the UK Shop representation at events and conferences.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Retail Manager will be:* Proven track record of increasing conversions and total spends

* Experience with multi-channel sales platforms

* Experience in improving customer experience, usability, functionality, and accessibility of e-commerce platforms

* Demonstrable experience in digital merchandising or conversion rate optimization
