Role: Head of Quality, Health, Safety & Evironment (QHSE)

Location:  Warwick, CV34 6TE

Hours: 37hpw, Monday to Friday

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) to join our Operations leadership team at our Head Office in Warwick. In this pivotal role, you will champion a relentless focus on quality by driving excellence in the formulation, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of our QHSE management systems.

Your responsibilities include providing strategic leadership to dedicated QHSE departments, staying abreast of national and international regulations, and taking charge of internal and external audits and improvement projects to ensure rigorous compliance and best practices throughout our operations. You'll have:

• Detailed industry knowledge and/or knowledge of a comparable industry
• Detailed knowledge of risk assessment and management
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
• Experience of multi-site, multi-discipline organisations
• Experience in dealing with sub-contractors
• Manufacturing experience
• HNC in manufacturing disciplines with a focus on Quality (or equivalent)
• Formal Health and Safety qualification ideally NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent (NVQ L6)
• Grad IOSH working towards CMIOSH

• Organisation, time management, prioritising and setting targets
• Able to deliver training on a range of subjects to varying abilities
• Ability to communicate effectively and with diplomacy with all levels of employees
• Intermediate Excel, Word & PowerPoint skills
• Must systematically keep up to date in one's own areas of expertise
