Job description

Senior Family Solicitor.

Private Practice Berkshire based law firm established for over 120 years specialising in Litigation, Family, Corporate Commercial, Commercial & Residential Property and Inheritance Protection.

The firm is seeking a Senior Family Solicitor or Legal Executive to work with a 2 Partner team in Newbury.

The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in the following:

• Divorce
• Financial Disputes
• Children
• Financial, Prenuptial and Postnuptial Agreements where parties have international links, assets or are located outside of the UK
• Cohabitation disputes (TOLATA and Schedule 1)
• Civil Partnerships and Injunctions

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal skills and be naturally adept at remaining under pressure.
