Remuneration: Circa £80,000Take Home

Description: 

Full-time OR Part-time Performer Dentist required for 3-4.5 days per week in a busy, mixed, INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice near Bath, Somerset.
•   £12.50 per UDA
•   GOOD PRIVATE POTENTIAL Up to 80k Take Home
•   50% split on Private & Labs
•   Hours 8.30am to 5pm (Tuesday till 6pm)
•   Practice offers Implants & Ortho
•   Fully computerised surgeries
•   Digital x-rays, Rotary Endo, CBCT Scanner, OPG
•   Full support team including a Dental Therapist, Treatment Co-Ordinator
•   10 minutes from central Bath, 30 minutes from Frome and 40 minutes from Bristol
•   Available now, start date negotiable

Compliance requirements:
- Full NHS Performer Number
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years 
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
- IRMER
- PIN number
