Wenzel’s the bakers Recruitment Administrator role:

What we offer:  

 

Pay & Hours:

We offer a competitive pay of £25,000-£28,000-(Depending on experience) and a working week of Monday - Friday 8:30 - 17:00.

Location:

Wenzel's the Bakers, Sunley House, Olds Approach, Watford, WD18 9TB

 

As our Recruitment Administrator your duties will include;  

- Vetting CV;s and communicating directly with candidates via telephone and zoom

 - Support with the end to end recruitment process including producing job descriptions and preparation of new starter documentation.

 - Checking Right to Work Documents.

 - Sourcing candidates through social media such as LinkedIn etc.

 - Working directly with senior management.

 - Attending job fairs and recruitment events

- Bringing new ideas to the business on how to improve recruitment 

Skills & Experience Required:  

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

 - Good attention to detail

 - A professional manner and attitude to work

- A strong ability to work independently and as part of a team

- General IT skills - Essential
