Are you currently living in Exeter or surrounding areas looking for a new challenge working for a highly regarded distribution service as a Customer Service Advisor?
Have you got Customer Service experience including handling inbound calls and the confidence to speak to customers via telephone and email?

Our client are one of the largest growing Food Distribution Services in the South West, and now is a great time to join and be part of this forwarding thinking and innovative family run company!
As a Customer Service Advisor your duties will include but will not be limited to:
• To handle inbound and outbound customer contact via telephone and email
• Processing orders
• Data entry
• Administration duties
• Working closely with key stakeholders of the business
Key for the role:
• Previous experience of Microsoft packages
• Previous Customer Service experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (essential)
• Work well under pressure (essential)
Working hours and pay rates:
• Monday to Saturday (1 day off in the week)
• 8am to 5pm Weekdays, 8am to 1pm Saturday
• £11.50 per hour
Flexibility to work in different areas of the department. Successful candidates we be a pro-active team worker, liaising and co-operating with all members of staff.
Operate within the confines of company policy and procedure requirements, including integrity and confidentiality in respect of the business. Abide by health and safety legislation in respect of yourself and others.
