Skilled worker sponsorship is available candidates who have already been living in the UK for at least 12 months.

Join us and you can expect:

Monday to Friday 7.00 am to 8.00 pm £11.95 an hour
Monday to Friday 8.00 pm to 10.00 pm £13 an hour
Saturday and Sunday 7.00 am to 8.00 pm £13 an hour
Saturday and Sunday 8.00 pm to 10.00 pm £13.94 an hour
Holiday Top - up payments made for regular overtime (T's & C's)

Shifts

Working alternate weekends is essential
40 hours per week

Training and Development

Funded apprenticeships and diplomas

Key Skills Required:

NVQ/QCF level 3 in Health and Social Care
demonstrable understanding of the legislative requirements around care of vulnerable people,
MCA and DOLS understanding of the requirements
strong numeracy, literacy and computer skills,
broad knowledge of Learning Disabilities and other related conditions
Participating in on call essential

Job description

• Coaching and mentoring teams to deliver excellent quality services and care
• Carry out regular Supervisions for Support Workers
• Assist with covering absence and sickness of the staff team
• Medication audits, spot checks quality review and supervising staff team to dispense medication to the people we support.
• Quality control audits.
• Maintaining individuals care records.
• Completing both medical and general competency checks
• Participate in monthly team meetings
• Participate in monthly team leader meetings with the management team
• Induction of new team members
• On call duties and to take part in the on-call rota
