- Sourcing, identifying and engaging candidates through various channels
- Conducting interviews and assessing candidate's skills and qualifications
- Developing and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients
- Utilising various tools and platforms for effective candidate sorting
- Conducting business development with the potential to convert into commercial opportunities
- Maintaining a candidate database
