Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the design and delivery of rail, bridge, or road projects from conception to
completion.
• Utilise your technical proficiency to conduct Finite Element Analysis and ensure structural
integrity and performance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and clients, to
achieve project objectives.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, fostering their professional
development.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
Requirements:
• Chartered status with a recognised engineering institution.
• Proven experience in Rail/New Bridge Design or Road Design projects.
• Strong proficiency in Finite Element Analysis software.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Salary Range:
• £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
