Client Manager(Accountancy Firm)

Location: Bridgend, Mid Glamorgan (Hybrid)

Salary: £35k - £42k + Excellent Benefits

The Client:

Our client is a well-established accountancy firm, providing accounting solutions for startups, freelancers, and small enterprises.

The Role:

As the Client Manager , you will oversee accounting teams, ensuring timely services, fostering strong client relationships, training, and motivating staff.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee a diverse client portfolio remotely, ensuring accurate financial service.
• Develop processes to meet client deadlines and streamline workflows.
• Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks.
• Uphold the highest standards of customer service, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Address client queries promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate on strategic plans for client management and service delivery.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes.
• Implement effective client communication strategies.
• Track key performance indicators to measure team and individual success.
• Provide regular reports on achievements and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Previously worked as a Client Manager or in a similar role.
• Possess full AAT qualification, preferably ACCA / ICAEW qualified.
• Strong practice experience with small businesses.
• Background in team management.
• Excellent customer service skills.
