Rigging Team Leader (Telecoms)

Excellent opportunity for a Team Lead with rigging experience in the Telecoms industry to join a leading business specialising in Telecoms manufacture, distribution and installation to major UK mobile network operators, in a role with great training and progression opportunities within a thriving industry.

On offer is the chance to move into a rapidly expanding and innovative industry in a lead role with progression available to Senior roles or possibly into Operations, alongside the chance to mentor and train less experienced Riggers in the future.

This reputable business specialise in the manufacture, distribution and installation of radio communication equipment for mobile network operators across the UK including Vodaphone, O2, EE and SSE as well as smaller network operators. Operating across 20+ countries in the world this thriving and ambitious business are looking to expand within their UK branch in not only radio communications but 5G and Fibre Optics. With a great pipeline of projects and repeat clientele they are now looking for an Installation Team Leader to support the team.

In this role you will be based in the North West but will be working nationwide on a variety of installation projects. You will work directly with the Installation Team Rigger and be responsible for all H&S on site, performing site surveys and audits, completing handover and site survey documentation, provide leadership to the onsite team, resolve issues on site, liaise with technical team and complete testing of equipment throughout installation and after.

This role is suited to a Lead/Rigger from a Telecoms installation background with accreditation to work at height, solid H&S knowledge with the ability to climb and happy travelling and staying away from home.

Equally there is an opportunity here for a Team Lead to bring a Rigger with them as a 2 man team.
