£80,000 - £110,000

As well as “big ticket” instructions for significantly sized corporates, you will also enjoy acting on instructions for a diverse range of SME, family businesses, emerging businesses and entrepreneur clients.
Due to succession planning, a new opportunity has arisen for a real estate specialist with not less than 10 yrs' PQE. The person appointed will be looking to play a key and integral role in the future development of the team. This opportunity does not require a personal following but experience of proactive engagement in business and team development is essential.
The current team is sizeable and well-established offering expertise across Acquisitions and Disposals, Landlord & Tenant, Corporate occupancy, Property Portfolio & Investment Management, Property Finance and Corporate Support.
