Job description
What you will do in your working day
Most jobs take from a couple of days to a few weeks depending on what is involved.
- Tasks at first include general labouring tasks such as mixing, barrowing, lifting and tidying duties, to keep a efficient running site.
- Learning Hardscaping skills about sub-bases, patio paving, block paving, drainage, falls etc.
- Learning joinery skills to help complete many tasks such as fencing, decking, pergolas and timber planting beds.
The training you will be getting
- Horticulture or landscape construction operative (level 2)
- The training is carried out on site Monday to Fridays
- One day a week you will attend college.

Stay on with the company and look to gain further skills, knowledge and experience and look run their own jobs without supervision.
