Administration Assistant-
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our team. This position is well-suited to an organised, outgoing individual with attention to detail, who likes working within a dynamic team and has a passion for customer service. This a full time position working 5 days per week Tuesday – Saturday.
On Saturday, you will be finished by 2pm at the latest.
This position is based in the main office and answers to the Operations Manager. You will be responsible for performing general administration duties to support in the smooth running of the office. You will be taking orders, producing invoices, maintaining the internal food safety system and carrying out weekly audits.
Responsibilities:
• Customer Service to include daily sales calls, customer queries and admin support
• Producing and printing labels
• Food Safety Administration and maintenance of the internal food safety system. Supporting the Food Safety Manager with general admin tasks.
• Producing delivery notes and invoices
• Weekly audits
• General admin support
Requirements:
• Excellent IT skills to include use of Microsoft office and our bespoke systems
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Confident telephone manner being able to develop relationships with our customers
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Keen to learn and develop new skills
• Have great attention to detail
