With high demand across the business, a fantastic opportunity has developed for a highly driven, Commercial Sales Manager to join the organisation within the Sports & Play division.

As Commercial Sales Manager you will be playing a pivotal role in our clients future growth plans by Converting sales leads into tender opportunities and subsequently into client orders to business strategy by working with an existing and new clients. Working alongside the Saes Director, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing the existing territory, specifically focusing on the Outdoor Sport and Play sector.

The successful candidate will have:

• Strong sales process and pipeline management skills. Ideally across outdoor sports, playgrounds or street furniture sectors.
• Ability to prospect effectively to source new business and opportunities.
• Strong negotiating skill to ensure mutually beneficial agreements are made.
• Ability to establish a strong rapport and understanding of customer needs specifically focusing on education, local authorities, parish councils, landscape architects, contractors and housing developers.
