Heydays Care are a private domicilary care provider based in Cumbria (the lake district) we pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality care and have expanded our services to live in care packages. We are looking for caring & experianced live in care companions to join our friendly team.
We beleive in living life to the full, here at heydays we encourage our clients to live a fullfilling life as possible we hold regular lunch clubs and social outings for staff and clients, please take a look at our face book page or webpage to gain a insight into the outstanding work we do.
Pacakges are based in Cumbria so you must be willing to travel via train or car to the area. The post is on a self employed basis and regualr training is required as we believe in having a highly skilled workforce therefore our clients feel confident with having skilled carers around them.
Candidates must have minimum 2 yrs care experiance and a minimum of 1 yr live in care experiance to apply for the post. The duties of a live in carer include the following,
Medication prompting, personal care, meal preperation, shopping, light housework, companionship, laundry.
In returen we offer excellent rates of pay including a travel allowence, meals up to the value of £70 per week inclueded, regular on line training, lovely clients and a great company to work with.
